Photo ID (First Time Orders)
As of January 2018 we’re now requiring valid ID on first time orders. This is something we’ve wanted to start for a while to verify the age of our customers, and also to prevent any fraudulent orders from coming in.
When you order with us for the first time, you’ll be asked to send a photo of your government issued drivers license or another form of ID. You’ll be able to order freely after this initial verification, and we will delete the picture right after we receive it.
NOTE: If your E-Transfers are coming from another person other than yourself, we will also need to see a picture of that persons ID.
We can completely understand the hesitation with sending over a piece of photo id, and we don’t need to see all of it (ie. the drivers license #) but we do need to see the:
- Birth Date
- Full Address
You’re welcome to black out or cover other parts of the ID before you send it to us. The picture can be taken with your phone, or you can scan the ID. Whatever is easier for you. There is an option during the checkout process to upload the photo/scan, or you can email it to us manually with the subject line “Order #[Number] Photo ID Verification”.
